To empower HIV infected and affected people to sustain their well being through training, advocacy, and strategic partnerships.

Objectives

Improve OVC welfare in Luapula Province
Prevent the spread of HIV
Provide HIV counseling and testing services
Empower HIV infected individuals to access treatment and to become self-reliant.
